1. Scope and current status
This policy explains how refunds and returns work at GOODNCO. Shop checkout is not open yet, so no customer has been charged for a shop order. The terms below are the terms that apply when purchasing opens, and the terms for your specific order are always shown before you authorize a payment.
2. What you see before you are charged
Before any charge, we show the item or service, the price, taxes, shipping, and — if a charge repeats — the renewal amount, the renewal interval, and how to cancel. You authorize the charge yourself. If a price or availability error affects your order, we may cancel it and refund the full amount.
3. Clinical review comes before any prescription purchase
For prescription products, a licensed clinician reviews your intake before anything is dispensed or charged for the product. If the clinician declines to prescribe, you are not charged for the product.
4. Evaluation and consultation fees
Where a fee is charged for a clinician’s evaluation, that fee pays for the clinician’s time and judgment and is earned whether or not a prescription results. Evaluation fees are non-refundable once the clinician has reviewed your intake. If you cancel before the review begins, the evaluation fee is refunded in full.
5. Prescription products
Prescription products cannot be returned or resold once dispensed. Law and pharmacy practice standards prohibit restocking dispensed medication, so a prescription order that has shipped is not refundable.
If a prescription order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is defective, contact support and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. An order you cancel before it ships is refunded in full.
6. Non-prescription shop products
Unopened, unused shop products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned, for health and safety reasons. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is caused by our error. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 14 days of delivery, with your order reference and photographs of the packaging and the item. We will replace the item or refund it, and you are not charged return shipping in these cases.
8. Recurring orders and cancellation
Where a product ships on a repeating schedule, you may cancel future shipments at any time through the cancellation method disclosed at purchase or by writing to support. Cancellation takes effect for shipments not yet processed. A shipment already processed is handled under the rules above for its product type.
9. How to request a refund
Email support with your order or case reference and the reason for the request. Include an order reference only — please do not include health details, card numbers, or passwords. We confirm receipt, tell you what we need, and tell you the outcome.
10. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears on your statement. We do not issue cash refunds and do not refund to a different payment method.
11. Disputed charges
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, tell us as well so we can resolve it directly. We respond to disputes with our order and delivery records. Repeated disputes may result in suspension of access to the services.
12. Contact us
Email support@goodnco.com with an order or case reference. Please do not include medical details or payment card information in email.
