GOODNCO

Terms of Use

The agreement between you and GOODNCO when you use this site, complete an intake, or place an order.

Interim version: September 4, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use form a contract between you and GOODNCO. By using the GOODNCO website, completing an intake, contacting support, or buying a product from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. What GOODNCO is, and what it is not

GOODNCO is a men’s wellness and telehealth platform. We operate the website, the intake experience, and the shop. GOODNCO is not a medical practice, not a pharmacy, and not an insurer. GOODNCO does not practice medicine and does not decide whether you receive treatment.

Clinical decisions are made by licensed providers working through a clinical platform independent of GOODNCO. Those providers are responsible for your care and hold your medical record.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and located in a state where the services are offered. Services are available only where permitted by state law. You may not use the services on behalf of another person without authority to do so.

4. Accounts and credentials

Where an account is offered, you are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

5. Clinical services and the provider relationship

If you complete an intake, your answers are transmitted to a clinical platform for review by a licensed provider. A provider may request more information, may recommend a different treatment or in-person care, and may decline to treat you. Completing an intake, paying a fee, or creating an account does not entitle you to a prescription or to any particular outcome.

Your relationship for clinical care is with the treating provider, not with GOODNCO.

6. Accuracy of what you submit

You agree that the information you submit — identity, age, address, health history, and current medications — is true, current, and complete. Some product paths may ask for photos in the future; today no photo is uploaded from this site, and the same accuracy duty will apply to any photo you submit once that changes. Inaccurate information can lead to unsafe care. A provider may decline to treat, and GOODNCO may cancel an order, where submitted information is inaccurate or cannot be verified.

7. No medical advice, and no emergency services

Content on this site is general information, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed clinician. The services are not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

8. Products, availability, and pricing

Product availability varies by state, by provider judgment, and by supply. Some categories shown on the site are not yet available for purchase and are labeled that way. We may correct pricing or availability errors and may cancel an affected order, refunding any amount charged.

9. Payments and authorization

Prices, fees, taxes, shipping charges, and any repeating charge are disclosed before you authorize payment. Card details are entered into our payment processor’s hosted fields; GOODNCO does not store full card numbers. By authorizing a payment you confirm that you are permitted to use the payment method.

If an order renews automatically, we disclose the renewal amount, the renewal interval, and how to cancel before you agree to it, and you may cancel through the method described in that disclosure.

10. Refunds, returns, and shipping

Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, both published on this site, are part of these terms. In short: prescription products cannot be returned once dispensed, unopened non-prescription products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and shop checkout is not open yet.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or another person’s information; resell, transfer, or share prescription products; scrape, probe, or interfere with the site or its security; upload malware; reverse engineer the services; use the services for any unlawful purpose; or impersonate anyone.

12. Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant GOODNCO a limited license to host, transmit, and process your submissions to operate the services, including transmitting intake content to the clinical platform. Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used without obligation or payment to you.

13. Third-party services and links

The services rely on third parties for payment, hosting, and clinical delivery, and — when shipping opens — carriers, and the site may link to pages we do not operate. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms and privacy notices apply to them.

14. Intellectual property

The GOODNCO name, logo, site design, text, images, and software are owned by GOODNCO or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

15. Disclaimers

Except where the law does not allow it, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result will follow from using them. Individual results vary.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOODNCO and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid GOODNCO in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for a provider’s professional services, which is governed by the provider’s own agreements.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GOODNCO harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of law or the rights of another.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the services for a violation of these terms, suspected fraud, a legal requirement, or a risk to safety. You may stop using the services at any time and may ask us to close your account. Sections that by their nature survive termination continue to apply.

19. Disputes and governing law

Before starting a formal proceeding, you and GOODNCO agree to try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days of written notice to the other. Governing law and the dispute-resolution forum (court or arbitration) have not yet been selected and will be set on counsel approval. Until then, nothing in these Terms waives any right you have to bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction.

20. Changes to the services and these terms

We may change the services and these terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a new last-updated date, or on a later date we state. Continuing to use the services after that date means you accept the change.

21. Severability, assignment, and entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any policy presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and GOODNCO about the services.
