FAQ

Health, answered.

Is this a replacement for my primary care doctor?

For many day-to-day concerns, yes. For complex or chronic conditions, we coordinate with in-person providers.

Do you take insurance?

GOODNCO uses transparent visit pricing. Some labs and prescriptions may be billable to insurance.

How fast will I hear back?

A licensed provider reviews your intake and follows up by phone or email; response times vary by care path. Emergencies should always go to 911 or the nearest ER.
